It has 237 apartments, including three levels of sub-penthouses and a penthouse level. The building has a gym, spa, and swimming pool on the podium level for the residents to enjoy. Additionally, the ground level has retail spaces, cafes, and restaurants, creating a bustling community hub. The architectural design of Liberty Towers integrates modern living with convenience and luxury, making it a standout development in Melbourne's Docklands.
Underwriting and Investment Strategy
Garrisson managed the financial structuring of Liberty Towers in 2001. He organized the underwriting of $60 million in the funding of the apartments with investors using “Renounceable Contracts of Sale”. This financial approach helped secure the necessary funding for the project and provided a flexible investment opportunity for stakeholders. Garrisson's strategic financial planning ensured the successful completion of the development, highlighting his capability to manage large-scale real estate projects and deliver substantial returns for investors. He also coordinated the marketing campaign including overseas sales.
